Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of manual testers to ensure high-quality product releases. 
  • Define and execute test strategies, plans, and processes for both manual and automated testing. 
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Development, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth testing cycles. 
  • Introduce and implement automation testing into the QA lifecycle using appropriate tools and frameworks. 
  • Identify areas for test optimization and drive continuous improvement in test coverage and test cycle efficiency. 
  • Own test reporting, bug tracking, and quality metrics. 
  • Ensure timely delivery of QA deliverables across multiple sprints/releases. 
 

Requirements: 

  • 3–5 years of total experience in software testing, with at least 1 year of hands-on automation testing experience. 
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, test case design, and QA best practices. 
  • Experience managing or mentoring QA teams. 
  • Proficient in using automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar. 
  • Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git), CI/CD tools, and Agile methodologies. 
  • Experience working on SaaS products is a plus. 
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. 
 

Nice to Have: 

  • Exposure to API testing tools like Postman or REST-assured. 
  • Experience with test management tools.

• Lead Generation: Identify opportunities and develop innovative methods to establish a wide network amongst target companies and mine existing relationships to generate more customer leads.
• Lead Qualification: Identify and research incoming leads through various channels. This often involves initial outreach and assessing whether these leads fit the company’s target criteria.
• Product Demonstrations: Build product and domain expertise by understanding product functionalities. Assist in setting up and conduct product demonstrations or presentations of features and benefits.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems, track interactions, and manage follow-ups to ensure a smooth sales process.
• Sales Support and Coordination: Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing sales materials, managing schedules for meetings and demos, and coordinating with other departments like marketing or customer support.

We are looking for a PHP developer responsible for the development and maintenance in our suite of SAAS based software products. You will be working alongside other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure.
